How far in advance should I book my wedding services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season. A 50% deposit is required four weeks before the wedding to confirm your booking. To secure your date, we require a completed and signed cancellation contract.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required four weeks prior to your wedding to secure your services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you cancel after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the wedding, the full balance (100%) is due. This applies even if you cancel just one service, as we reserve our schedule exclusively for you.

Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes! A bridal trial is highly recommended to ensure we create your perfect wedding day look. Trials are scheduled separately and are an additional cost. We recommend scheduling trials no more than one month in advance, unless travel arrangements require an earlier booking.

Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Absolutely! For larger groups, we may bring additional stylists to ensure everyone is ready on time. Please provide details when booking.

Do you travel to the wedding venue?
Yes! We provide on-location services for your convenience. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. We offer FREE travel to Banff and Canmore. For further locations we will base the travel fee on the recommended CRA mileage rate calculator. Any additional costs, such as parking fees, will be added to your final invoice for reimbursement.
What products do you use?
We use professional, high-quality hair and makeup products to ensure long-lasting results. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.

How should I prepare for my hair and makeup appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean, moisturized face. Avoid using heavy conditioners or oils before styling for best results. If we arrive and the hair needs to be dried, an additional fee will apply. Please ensure your hair is NOT greasy before the appointment.

Do you offer touch-up services?
Yes! We offer touch-up services and stay-on-site options for an additional fee to ensure your look stays flawless throughout the day. Please contact us directly about fees associated with staying on for touch ups.

What time should I finish before walking down the aisle?

How do I book my wedding services?
To book, simply fill out a form HERE with your wedding date, location, and desired services. We will review the requested services once we receive your form, we aim to respond within 24 hours. Please make sure to check your junk folder.
